Here goes, I missed a couple things  when I posted that, was was partying with 1080& Turbochop last night.
I didnt notice it was knurled, and that the pivots are ?welded? We have ways of McGyvering around that.

The plates, for the most part, they are laid out (scribed), then drilled sawed and filed.. this is pretty straightforward.

The pegs and pedals, as I mentioned the now noticed knurl will be a problem. The grooves on the pegs could be done with a file while spinning it in a drillpress. You may be able to get some knurl on it using a vise, a couple of files and some shims, but its tricky. If a few members desired, I or another member could whip up some properly knurled econo-pegs.

The pivots, we cant really do the welding ourselves with basic tools, but you could pasten the pedal with a couple pf buttonheads or allen screws.. use round bars for the pivots. The major flaw of the pictired design, is not much pivot area, so It appears they would loosen up fairly fast...

If there is a bit of interest we could start a dedicated thread, and maybe supply a bit of a kit at reasonable cost..

I was wondering on the welding side of things. These are attached to a BMW and there's no info but you can spy a reservoir above the brake side in other pics. On a 750 I suppose you'd have to ugly them up with a bracket to actuate the rear brake.

I have more than a bit of interest though  ;D

Frank, i thought for sure you would have a knirling tool for your lathe, it is a pretty easy process {as you would know} could maybe even borrow one.?

I have 4 knurling tools, 2 are triple header. I have a 1 shot tool, run it over and back.. done in seconds...

What I meant was the knurling & welding took it out of the, "able to do it with drillpress, hacksaw, files, & sander" project range..

On the chopper, it has a chrome tank.

The 402 has no oil tank

The roadracey 750 probably has one in stock location, (it only occupies the right 1/3 of the triangle..

From a motorcycle auction thread in the open forum, this is a 76...

What's that oil tank? Was that a Honda Racing part? or just the decal...

That's Kent Riches' bike, owner of Air-Tech. He mentioned last week that it had just been finished and was heading to Bonham's auction.  Looks good. RR

Bonhams have serious flaws in their descriptions..
They describe that as hand bent exhaust and Mikuni racing carbs.. ::)
What I want to know; does it have race history ? or is it simply a tracker?
.................................................................................
  To answer a pevious Question;
The oil tank looks full width of frame, that would hold enough oil, you can see the lines

Good questions, Frank; you'd have to ask Kent. That's not a slug-fest I'm about to get in the middle of. RR

The Moto Guzzi V8, or the Otto motorcycle was designed by Giulio Cesare Carcano specifically for the Moto Guzzi Grand Prix racing team for the 1955 to 1957 seasons. Though following the two-stroke Galbusera V8 of 1938, the Moto Guzzi Otto motorcycle and its engine represent a unique and historically significant engineering milestone. The Discovery Channel ranked the 'Guzzi Otto as one of the ten greatest motorbikes of all time.[2]
