All I know is - I want that leather battery box.

I've been eyeing a KZ twin that my buddy has for a while now.    Gonna have to try harder to talk him out of it.
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

Moore, I think you've mention your dislike for his style once before.

Think about it this way.... The dude that spent 7g's on the bike was the schmuck....

And for all you know, it "might" not be Kott's fault that the bike needed fixing...

I see alot of DIY killers out there....

Im not in anyone's corner, "but" ALL bike's need fixing from time to time.  Im just a sap to see the old girls on the road in any style. And any dude who has the passion to foster this addiction we all seem to share.

Jus my 2cents....

Keep it Greasy.......... ;)

I agree, there are some cheap arsed piles of crap sold as "the latest trend" that aren't worth the paper the for sale add is written on. Actually anyone can strip a bike down and only put half the parts back on, why is that assumed to be special..?
I know that there are a lot of guys here that may not have the skills to make a bike their own but really, some of these bikes are trash dressed up as something special....

Anybody can paint a bike flat black, weld up a couple sheets of steel into a cafe seat and drill speed holes in different parts of the bike. Thats fine, thats what the DIY cafe racer is all about. But to promote it as the cafe cowboy or as a product is lame. His bikes would never make in the bike of the month on any forum. The quality of bike that is turned out on here or over at DTT is head and shoulders above any bike I have seen him hawking on craigslist.  Dont see many of the the people who built those bikes calling themselves the cafe cowboy and posting videos about their bikes.

I guess what i would like to see is a little evolution. The bikes look like a first time cafe build every time.

Rant over. ;)

Now that willow springs video was very cool. I need to make it down there next year.

Yes, this bike is so sexy and is just what I needed to inspire me to get back to finishing up my bike.  That tank and seat combo is fabulous, and the paint scheme is great.   8)
