thats pretty sweet. wish the nighhawks were like that back when i took the learners course. nice work
But thence came the Great Schism, when the two like tribes diverged, and the Bobbers did take the Road to Cruiserdom and the Cafe Racers did ride to Sportbikedom and they did pollute the lands along their paths with their abominable spawn of Choppers, Stuntaz and like manner of unholy douchebaggery

The 250 nighthawk was NEVER like this.   ;D  Others on a nighthawk forum have tried, but were to afraid of "depreciating" their bike to go this far.  This was a really fun build and a great learning experience in custom fitting parts.

How do you depreciate a 250 nighthawk?

You stole my idea!!!!

The whole time I was taking the msf course last fall (on rebels and gz250's) I was wondering what those bikes would look like as a bare bones cafe. Now I know.

Devil, Did that 400/4 tank bolt right on or did it take some fabrication?

tank fit right on the rubbers, but came up about 4" short of the rear tank mount.  Plus the rear of the tank sat about 6" to low.  So, I fabricated a mount for it at the rear.
