If anyone is in Austin or vicinity and could provide a tappet adjuster for a '78 cb750k i'd be forever grateful, damn thing just snapped, I guess I overtorqued it.

Was hoping to leave on a big trip on Sunday  :-\

1978 CB750K - 836 Wiseco kit, 4-1 Kerker Exhaust, Web cam (63b grind), HD valve springs, polished stuff.  Comfortable.

1975 BMW R90/6 - tight

2002 RC51 - Jardine slip ons.  Uncomfortable.

 BTW.. I think the torque it takes to snap one is not even in the same universe as the torque it takes to hold this in place. Perhaps you need a manual.

 I think the nut is the same on many models, should be easy to find one, did you try the dealer?

I was able to get one from the dealer.....that was a couple of years ago, but you never know.

Is the adjuster on a 1972 K2 750 the same as on the 1978? Look for a PM. I'm near Hutto. (That's a bedroom community to Austin, y'all).

According to the Parts Lists, the tappet screws are the same from K0 all the way through the F series.
