Looks like if he'd been a bit faster off the line he would have blasted the other guy!

Was the clutch slipping?

Was the clutch slipping?

He has to slip the clutch when getting it of the Line Steve on account it is geared to pull four gears over the quarter mile.
If geared lower to bring in 5th, it would be pulling the front wheel up all the time, needs a couple of inches on the arm to do that Steve.
