Petcock fiber washers

Finally got around to looking into the leaky petcock. And what do my wanderings eyes discover? One of the fiber washers is gone! Is this something I have to get from Honda or is this a common item I can pick up elsewhere?

I don't know if you can still get them from Honda, but I had the same issues.
My solution was to cut a makeshift 'gasket' from an old bicycle inner-tube.

2 years later- still no leaks.
