after an evening of corresponding with another ebay buyer i've decided this guy needs to be removed from ebay permanently i'm going to  put all the info on this case onto my myspace page and put a link to it in my feedback for him.

He seems to keep busy on the Ebay discussion forums as classiccarz55.

What is his name?

I'm laying low on this (for now). I'd still like to get my hands on those CR33s he may have if they are decent. I can see his stuff before buying and then take it with me so I'm not likely going to become a victim.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Request his contact information from ebay here.  You should be able to call him when you get his information.

I googled "triplekawasaki" and these posts (below) was found here:

BEWARE ebayer triplekawasaki

This piece of work's out of Colorado, sold me some wheels as H1, sent wrong wheels, will not refund. BEWARE.

it's taken a month, and I had to leave him -ve feedback with a comment that I'd contact Police, that he finally refunded my cashola! Deal with him at your own risk, I won't!

just got burned on a cb750 left side cover from this seller. It has been a month and I have not heard anything from him.

bolly, if you have any contact info for this guy it would be appreciated.

maybe the new rule of thumb is to google your ebay sellers...

FYI - his auction says he accepts paypal now.  Also says that he ships 2 days within receiving payment

You really need to post his email so that he can begin to get spammed properly

Never heard of them. Must be a salvage yard down there. I'm a little north.
If it is a Salvage yard doing an ebay store he should have conformations printed for his records you would think.

Why?  As long as you look at the seller's history and don't buy from people with questionable feedback records you'll typically have smooth transactions.

25 days is a problem?

Lucky you live south of the 49th.

Did you mail the payment? Shipping time starts when they get paid, not when the auction ends.

I'm with you on this one.  Ebay just isn't what it used to be.  Used to, back in '02 when I first started getting my bike back on the road, if you bought something on Monday of this week you would have the part in your mailbox or sitting on your back door by the following Monday....  now, it takes weeks to ship.  It's been a while since I've bought anything on ebay just because it ain't what it used to be.

is it possible to leave something like a rebuttal to a totally false feedback? this #$%*ing #$%* said i payed way late, he had his money order 3 days after the auction ended.

I must be a real Ebay prick. I hardly ever get back and even leave feedback ???

I suppose that would always leave me time to say what I wanted afterwards ;D

i found the reply to feedback button. called him a liar. i'm deleting my evil-bay account since they refise to do anything about this terrible seller. hell one guy had to call the colorado springs police on the guy. screw it, a site that does things like allow crap like this to go on doesnt deserve the fairly large amount of money theyve gotten from me over the past 3 1/2 years.

Name calling usually does not have as much impact as  simply stating what happened.. which then warns others..

like,
Paid him in 3 days, after many emails he finally sent on **  poor service..seller not truthful..

or similar..

I dont know why you let one experience sway you from ebay, must be the last straw..

It is what it is, still a good source of parts, bargains even if you put in the time..

Personally I think their attitude really sucks & I no longer will sell thru them, but they are a neccessary evil if you want to work on or own older bikes..

Hmmmm.....have you noticed many of the changes to ebay have not taken care of bad sellers lately?
