 :o

That's insane!! I actually didn't see the kid at first ... I thought the guy in front was pregnant!

We all end up paying for the idiot who drives around with an infant or toddler on back. When the kid drops off the uninsured parents motorcycle at 20 miles an hour and lands on his head, and ends up brain damaged in a chronic care facility for the next sixty years, who the f*%k do think pays for it? You and me and the rest of us rule following, tax paying, law abiding nimrods! And that is after the parent sues the motorcycle manufacturer for NOT putting a warning label or seat belt on the bike to begin with.

If more people showed a little common sense, maybe the government wouldn't have to legislate it for us.

Better yet, just shoot the idiot with your God-given handgun next time you see him riding around with his unrestrained kid.

Puh-leeeze.

Yeah, thanks for the agreement with my post. Do what you want. Just don't make me pay for it.

You can not legislate common sense. (Probably because the people doing it don't have any  ;D )

Rene Descartes said in the very first paragraph of "Discourse of the Method" that "common sense is the best dealt gift, because no matter who you ask, he will definitely tell you that he have more than average and he could hardly take some more"

Or as we say in Spain, "common sense is the less common of the senses".

Well, I lived to ride another day (28 years later)  ;D  I seem to recall sitting in front from time to time as well - I remember clutching that chrome gas cap pretty tightly!

God did not give me a gun I had to buy mine, What church do you go to?

My daughter 15, son 10,  Put on the pants, over the ankle boots, Leather jacket, helment, then we go for a ride.  If I hurt them I am to blame and I would burn the bike. (I believe fire fixes many things, but it would not fix me)  I am to careful when they are on the bike, I oversteer corners at times and get stressed for no good reason.  They love it and I want them to ride someday also.

I am a in your face person, he might of blown me off but I would have asked him why he was trying to kill the kid, not because I would have felt like it was my duty, but maybe try to make the idiot think.  I hate goverment, but I was raised in the most rural part of PA and if it was not for the law most would be dead. If Darwin would have traveled to Sullivan County PA he could have witnessed reverse evolultion.  Dumb people raise morons.
These wonderful little birds are great flyers, delicious eating, excellent for training your hunting dog, and just fun to shoot,or stuff and keep around the house.  Bobwhites can be put with other types of Quail and have very large penis's.  Quail are very popular with the babes.

Hence: Stupid people shouldn't breed.

Ther is a difference between stupid, ignorant and uneducated.

Stupid means you cant learn

Ignorant means you choose not to.

uneducated means you've never been taught different.

Which do you think these people fall into?

A neighbor of mine is a doctor so obviously has had some type of education. He has an old Yamaha 350 twin. I have seen him...

Riding with his young son on the back...his shoeless feet dangling, not even close to the pegs.

Riding one handed in shorts and sandals with a futon, yes a FUTON across his lap!

He once left his car and bike parked in the street during the winter when he was out of town. There is a parking ban when it snows so that the plows can do their job. His car was towed and his bike was pushed into a pole by the plow.

Should this man be spawning, riding or practicing medicine?

I don't think that it was this guys intention to give his small child the "feel" of riding on the back of daddy's motorcycle because she asked.  Did I tell you that she was holding on tight, with the side of her face pressed hard against the dudes back.  I couldn't tell if her eyes were shut or not since she was looking in the other direction.  She did have an open face helmet on.  Her little arms could only reach a third around his torso.  The sight had to be seen, to get the full impact.
This guy just had to take a ride, which I can't blame him for!  Sometimes you get an itch to ride and NOTHING (exept common sense) will prevent you from taking it.
I have given my two kids plenty of rides..... when they were old enough.  This kid was just to young to be riding on the back.  Plain and simple, end of story.

kg, have to disagree with one thing. My feeling is that stupid people are that way on purpose- and proud of it. You can tell a stupid person when you ask about why they believe something or think a certain way. If you try to get past the cliches and platitudes and party dogma, they get defensive, then angry. Then the name calling starts; fag, Democrat, tree-hugger, Republican, Communist, Left- or Right-Wing whatever, John Bircher, etc.
Survival of the fittest doesn't apply because they always manage to procreate before dying off.
Most of the time, children and dogs are about equal in the eyes of the law (despite what the law might say on the books).  You're pretty much allowed to do anything you want with them untill they're dead or hospitalized.  The police are around to arrest miscreants they can get hold of after the fact. The laws prevent them from taking prophylactic measures.
Dude- your 8 layers are showing!
