not sure,i do have some nice spare Accel wires that i want to try, i have read some posts covering the procedure,very interesting have to try it someday when i find the time,there is so many types of core used in todays sparkcable wires, its baffles me what is best

Hey Narcoticrex...
Not sure exactly what the center core of those wires is???? It looks like may be a carbon core wire which can't be soldered.
What you need is the multi-strand twisted copper core wires. You should be able to buy it in bulk from a NAPA or other auto parts store.

I used the dyna supression core wires, they don't have a copper core and everything is working just fine.
I farted and made my son cry.
