I agreed to purchace a headlight assembley, a shift lever and a turn signal combo clutch perch from this "gentleman".

The agreed upon price was $56.00 US dollars. Which was to include express shipping.

It has been three weeks to the day and I have not recieved my goods.

I was having a paypal problem so I mailed him a check. He has sence cashed said check.

I have Emailed him three times and have gotten no reply.

If some ill fate has befallen this "gentleman", than I apolgize for this post.

If not than you are a scoundrel.

Live up to your word or give my my money back.

I am posting tis in every place I can.

You can also contact bidders on his other auctions.  Just go to his other items for sale, click the '8 Bids' link in the auction, and then click on the user who is bidding on the auction.  Let them know what you're up against.  Looks like you didn't go through eBay for the purchase, so negative feedback isn't an option.

I looked at oldhondasneverdie.com -- pretty creepy looking incomplete site. I hope you get speedy resolution to your complaint. How did you find them?

I posted in the "parts wanted" segment of this site. I posted what I needed and he said he had it. It was when I was brand new to the site so I dont know if he was a guest or a member.

I guess I am  just a sucker.

The contact person is not named "George Lary" and hopes to hear from you soonest, right?    ;)

I would never post asking for parts because a) You are crying out loud you are in need so you put yourself on a weak position for negotiation. and b) you run the risk of somebody saying they have your part but they don't. You are better off waiting until the parts you are looking for pop out. Or if you ask for them like in this forum, to offer a trade or a symbolic price.
