Dyna 2000 programming software - anyone get it to work??
« on: April 17, 2008, 06:54:26 AM »
??

I bought a dyna2000, and the programming kit. Now that i have the dyna2000 running correctly, and nearly finished positioning the wiring, I was going to check out the programmability of the dyna2000....

But NOOO....

Either the disk I have is blank/bad, or my CD drive doesn't like the smaller disks.
Either way i'm at a loss right now.
My CD drive will read/copy from and run games without a problem.

Any help??

if your computer has a smaller circle for the smaller disks than it should be setup to run the smaller disks... should be.

i have the dyna s... so, i'm not much help w/ that part.

Yes it does have the smaller recess leading me to assume it *should* be able to read them.
It spins the disk, but when i go to view the contents of the drive... it will go to the CD drive, but it shows nothing there.

thats dumb that they sent you the smaller disc anyway.
not like they're any cheaper or better.
just less usable.   :-\

i agree w/ your plan.

It looks like Dyna has software for download on their website, http://dynaonline.com/skins/downloads/.
I can't actually download anything from there right now (just does nothing when I click the link?) but there's something called curvemaker for sportbikes listed...

I don't think that will do any good.
Maybe I'll just kick my computer and throw it out the window...  ::)

Tried, but i can't get to an area that has any files.
It keeps wanting to load the page for the downloads for the sportbikes,   but it won't.

I didn't even thing that dyna would put that online... but who knows.
I'll check into that as well.
