Nice ... was wondering where the 750 registry was...

I'm in! ... well .. looks like second place .. what do I win?

.... oh yeah almost forgot .. location and some details ...

Location ... usually somewhere in or between Detroit and Ann Arbor, Michigan

1975 cb750 k5...
paid $200 for a rat... which is now slowly becoming a stallion.

I'd be tracking it on the "projects" forum but it'll probably be another 10 years before I can even think about getting on the "BOTM" forum. .. but I'm working on it heh heh..  8) and will get there.

I inherited my father's 1977 CB750K

26K Miles located in Royal Oak, MI

I'm performing the normal maintenance on it. (Valve adjustment, oil, new brake fluid, clutch adjustment, etc.) It needs new tires and then it'll be all set!

I bought this K '76 a few years ago.  It's got a '76 engine with 4 into 1 Kerker's.  The engine's got 35K on it, and it runs pretty well.

It's currently in a few hundred pieces because I've totally stripped it down and am in the process of rebuilding it.  This week I hope to buy most of the parts I'm replacing (handlebars, bolts, straps, misc levers/handles, air filters, pipes, etc.).  And I will hopefully be taking some 22 parts and counting down to the local paint shop to get it powdercoated.  Once all my new parts are in and the other parts are painted, I'll hopefully be done replacing various parts, seals, and gaskets in the engine.  God willing, the bike will be back together June 1!

I bought this bike because I've always wanted to learn how to work on, rebuild, and modify a motorcycle.  I'm a total newbie.  I'm enjoying every moment of this rebuild--or at least the moments when I'm not stressing out, throwing things, or banging my head against the wall.

My dads '74k, we got it with 4500 miles and the two yellowed pipes... >:(

My '73k, I've kept everything to make her stock in a couple of hours.

My '75F, I've got an 850 motor in the works for it and I'm thinking about going with a full CR fairing... ;D

Enough parts and frames to make a couple more... :)
