ABSOLUTELY ZERO REASON to get an exhaust from England! I have bought 2 COMPLETE HM300 exhausts in the past year from my local Dealer in West Bridgewater, MA. They are (newly?) still available. See if your dealer will cut you a break if you want everything.

Those are CV carbs, so 79+, but I don't think this is the appropraite thread for this.

Don't know why, but I tried calling my local dealer several times and they keep telling me there not available. I just tried calling your dealer. Maybe they can talk some sense into mine. Thanks for the advice.

I picked up this K4 on July 25th so the KO & K1 have more company. I have always been a fan of the flake sunrise orange. Plan to do the stock restore. That ugly seat is gone. Not sure about the sissy bar...pretty retro though of the 70's.

Got this from Ebay, she's in the process of being being refurbished on a thread in projects.
It's a 1975 f imported from Japan to the UK. All the labels are in Japanese and the clocks are Kph.

Purchased this bike last December- she was a basket case. I was inspired by the song "Whatever Lola Wants..." to name her Lola and have no regrets. Getting close to firing her up for the first time. Intend to tear her down again this winter to powder coat the frame/rims black and paint the tank/seat silver- also de-chrome most of the chromed parts except the front fender and oil tank.

this is my scooter it has an assembled title from 1972 the frame is a santee (i think) motor is a 77 4 over front forks 16" rim on back got it for free (wifes cousin died so i got it)put it together with help from my cousin and his parts stash of 750 stuff it ain,t no show bike just a rider my son spray bombed the tank and fender

got it off Ebay in like 2002 or 3. I think I paid like 450$, it had a big bown Vetter fairing (like the one in Purple Rain) and a big funky sissy bar
took all that stuff off , changed the handle bars, exhaust and rode like hell. I call her "Holly"

Here's my 1976 CB750F1, bought it new in 76, was originally red then the tank leaked, hence the F2 tank.

Just got it on Sunday! This is my 3rd CB750, but my 1st F. Only rode it a few miles because the previous owner hadn't hooked up the rear master cylinder to the Raask rearsets. Even though the paint job is pretty good, I'm going to go back to a stock Black or Candy red color with tank decals. The only bike I think looks good this red is a Ducati Desmo.

Back online & looking for inspiration.

'77 750F2, running but smokes, fires weakly on #3 & oil smells like gas: Rebuild time.
36000 miles on the clock

Goodies: Keihin CR smoothbores- 29mm (I think 29)
Dyna S ignition
Dyna 3 ohm coils & big wires
520 chain conversion

Needs: Cancer treatments in tank, frame & swingarm
Aforementioned engine rebuild (probably just top end but I'm inclined to do the whole thing)
Some 'lectrical updates a-la LEDs to bring the amps back down to a manageable level
Sidestand & bar repairs after an in-transit fall in a box trailer.

Technically it's my wife's bike (wedding present from ME - ain't I sweet?). Was my first mc which fell into neglect when I purchased Stella, an '04 cbr600f4i. Sad how the hot young things ruin us, isn't it? At least I kept it red! I'm here to look for inspiration to keep plugging away on the CB so I can have an excuse for us to keep her a bit longer!

I just purchased it few months ago. It's my very first street bike and restoration project. I plan on keeping it mostly stock, but might make some minor improvements. Mostly I see it as a learning experience, and boy do I have a LOT to learn! I'm very inspired by the bike photos members have posted on this forum. I hope mine comes out even half as nice as theirs!

well im proud to say i got my hands on 2 750's( one is a parts bike) i got hooked on sohc's when io got my 550 and it lacked the power i wanted by just a touch... so the 750 became the bike i coveted..and now the lust has been satisfied.. but im prob gonna start a project thread cause she needs some changes so keep ur eyes peeled for her i would love some help

I have a K5 with comstars & F2supersport running gear that rocked until a meeting with a truck. Now I have a 750K4 that looks allright.
