I can't upload pics

Since I'm new here I don't know where to post this and I've tried finding how everywhere else. I can't upload any pictures of my bike. The file size is about 1.8 mb. A screen pops up saying it's too large. The info on pics says no bigger than 8 mb. Please help.

Got your email.

Read the FAQ first and then try again with some smaller files. Or register on the Gallery and host them there. Or host them externally...

There are a few ways around this.

My files all to big to post too, found a little program that will help, it shrinks the pics down, I used web page set up and it worked wonders...JpegSizer
