Oh ya gotta forgive me bill.....the projects were stacking up.
I got to talking to one of my riding buddies......we determined the last time that bike was ridden was January 7 2007
Thats over a year.
I get it out and run it round the airport sure.
But no serious riding in over a year?
Yeah, I know that it was something you needed to do. Last thing I remember selling that I'd like to have kept was my 69' roadrunner that needed some work done on it and I had gone about 5yrs without being able to take care of it, when my wife said, "It's just sitting out there on the backyard. We can't afford to fix it up right now and it's going to just rot away". Thing is, about the roadrunner, I knew that if I sold it, I'd never be able to get another.
Of course, if I still had the roadrunner, I probably wouldn't be able to do anything with motorcycles. So, we just do what we feel we have to do and hope for the best. Take care Tim.
