CB400 starter motor

The wife's restored 400F2 has what can best be described as a "lazy" starter motor.  The battery is good (voltage doesn't drop below 10.4 when cranking), but it sounds like a flat battery. Once it's spun it once or twice it'll go spin propelry.  Well, we decided to pull it yesterday and look at stuff like brushes, only to discover the cable terminal on the motor disgorged a ton of rust when I eased the boot back.  The terminal attaches between two nuts, and the lower one is so crapped with rust I can't get a 10mm on it, so beofre buggering it completely, my thoughts are taking it to a refurbisher.

Any recommendations in the UK? Pref essex way?
