the electrical box also seconds as the tank mount. the bike was re wired to cut back on excess wire and i used a dyna ing. i put the battery in the tail. the hubs i took apart  and power coated with the frame went with aluminum wheels and ss spokes. all body work is from air tech is made for a 750 but it all fit perfect. all motor covers went to polish i really like the way they came out but the farring covers most of it. mac exhaust. paid $600 for the bike it didn't run and was ready for the junk yard. thanks for the complements.

it's my 3 car garage that i took over. it fits 2 bikes perfect with room for fab work. no cars allowed in side. i will take some pics tomorrow and post them.  the pic with the race car is 5000 sq feet. that shop is cool. it takes care of my race car and 3 others. every thing is done in house

Can you tell me more about the seat?

i got the seat from air tech i used the tank mount to bolt it down and i used a air craft fastener to screw it to the back of the battery box. but after further review, i am going to use a heavy duty Velcro on the back because i think that the screw will crack the glass with movement.

Danny's really being modest here...that bike is sweet. It showed up as a rusty non-running fugitive from a desert impound yard. Here's a more detailed list of what we did:

• completely stripped, sandblasted, and powdercoated frame and swingarm
• all new bushings and bearings throughout
• hubs blasted and powdercoated matte clear
• wheels built with new SS spokes and new aluminum shouldered rims
• new fork tubes from Forking by Frank
• custom battery box/taillight mount
• rewired from scratch point-to-point with all new wires, connectors, and components
• custom underseat electronics box that houses rectifier & regulator (new from Oregon Motorcycle Parts), starter solenoid and marine-grade ignition switch
• custom combo seat/tank mount with rubber isolators for tank
• HEL front brake lines with rebuilt stock MC
• Some nice eBay clipons
• Tarozzi rearsets with custom spacers, linkages and high-quality rod ends
• new chain and sprockets
• rebuilt carbs from a '76 CB550
• ElectroSport digital tach/speedo in custom mini-dash
• Airtech CR750 fairing and tank and universal cafe seat painted by the same guys who paint his race car
• New cables from Flanders
• Dyna-S ignition and 3-ohm coils
• all new hardware: metric grade 10.9 and/or 18-8 stainless when not in high-load use

Foam UNI filters should arrive any day now, and tank kreem is drying as we speak. It fires and runs fine, just needs some carb tuning and DMV work to be ready for the road. I'll see if I can get him to post some more pics.

I'll be interested to hear how the tank lasts. I've come close to pulling the trigger on the Airtech item several times, but am concerned about longevity with pump gas.

i think air tech has a great product with race gas. after the kreem liner i will let you know. i am going to let it dry for 2 days, put gas in it for a week and and see what happens, and after a month i am going to drain the tank and inspect it, good or bad i will post pics.

i used a company in Garden Grove Ca, called wheel works. it's a old shop the guy knows old Honda stuff. He did hack up the nut that holds the bearings in place. i told the old guy that i want the vintage aluminum wheels with ss spokes . he said like the road race bikes. yes i said. that is all i know. i will find the # and post it. but it is the size is stock i think 19" front 17" rear. hope this makes seance had a few beers. it's friday
