Not "Other Bike" but rim questions.

I just took delivery of a beautiful pair of 18" Sun rims. 8) 8)
Although both are the same width when setting one on top of the other, they have two different markings. I hope someone can explain to me the differences.
One rim is stamped: 08B 3 75
The other one is stamped: 00 2 75
I appreciate any input you guys can supply.

I just realized they are 36-spoke rims.
Damn they are nice though. :D

You didn't want 36 spoke rims?

 Of course I wanted 40-hole rims. I emailed the seller but never got a reply so I took a chance. Just another bonehead move on my part. ::)
I'll just have to re-sell them. I got them for a good enough price that I should be able to recoup my money.
