79 to 80-82 CB650 seat/tank/cover swap?

Newbie here! First post... Got a question for you CB650 experts. I have a lead on a very nice 79 CB650 in good shape with low miles, however, I REALLY like the 80-82 model styling much better. Is it possible to swap out the tank/seat and covers to the 80-82 models? Or should I just wait and find an 80-82?

tank with slight mods maybe... seat nope...tank I think has different petcock....79 has a flat seat good for a cafe seat but not good for the more cruiser style 80-82 seat.

Would take alot.  79 frame was a bunch diff also.  79 seat is hinged 80 up bolt on.  79 tank is longer so rear mount is located diff.  Battery and elec parts are located diff so wiring is diff.
FYI 79 and 80 petcocks are the same.   Tanks are diff.
