inaugural ride
« on: August 18, 2005, 06:57:16 PM »
I'm the guy with the dead cb550k that I bought last month. Haven't posted for a while because I was waiting for the oil drain plug from JC whitney to show up in the mail. Filled her full of oil, took a while to get her running (but all that carb cleaning was worth it), and took my first ride around the nieghborhood! The bike is running a little rough, idles high and then low, but the fine-tuning will come next. My original goal was just to hear it turn over. What a feeling! Got it cleaned up pretty good, but I'm going to repaint the original black paint color and continue improving it. I think I'm starting to like it better than my Shadow ACE. A whole different ride and a much smoother sounding mill! Just want to thank all those who have helped me on the way. I'm sure I'll have more questions as I continue. Will post some pics soon in the gallery.

There's nothing like sparking 'er up for the first time, is there?

You can't buy that feeling
These wonderful little birds are great flyers, delicious eating, excellent for training your hunting dog, and just fun to shoot,or stuff and keep around the house.  Bobwhites can be put with other types of Quail and have very large penis's.  Quail are very popular with the babes.
