OK, some of the 'safety' choices that they make over there are questionable by our standards in that they pile the whole family on a machine that would be snickered at over here. But when you consider that the per capita income per year in the far east is about what we make in a week here you cannot blame them for taking advantage of whatever powered form of transportation they can afford.
