Shoot. I have whole days like that without being on a bike.
Also, I've noticed that once one bad thing happens, it throws you off your game and more follow. I had that happen just the other day. Bike 1 wanted to run on 2 cylinders for some reason, so tried a couple of quick troubleshooting measures, then switched to bike 2. Proceeded to get pulled over after that for 62 in a 45. Got stuck in an unfavorable traffic position for an extended period. My cracked clutch perch finally gave and broke off, so I had to shift with no clutch for the rest of the day. -I knew there was some reason I wanted to ride bike 1, but couldn't recall until after I was riding bike 2.
It's all an adventure. Through all that, my blood pressure and heart rate wasn't even bothered. The most irritating part was being stuck behind that slow poke and not being able to pass safely. I guess I'm getting seasoned to the stresses of life. I remember when being pulled over would shake me up. And I've had enough mechanical failures in various vehicles that when the clutch lever dropped and hung down by the petcock, I just lifted it back to where it should be, held it there and matched my rpm to my trans and shifted, slowed down to a crawl for stop signs and timed the lights for green.
Watch your diet. The food you eat can effect your thought process. If you're feeling stressed, do something mindless and let your mind drift to sorting out your stress(meditation of sorts).
