750 K4 oil leak
«

My new 750 K4 is leaking oil from the round disc in the lower crank case. This is the disc partially covered by the flange on the oil pan, It looks like an accumulator piston in an auto trans. What is this disc? Why is it leaking oil, and how do I fit this?

Wow, never heard of a leak there. That disc is just a cover. It's a press-fit into the crankcase, I've never had one out, nor am I sure how you'd get it out short of splitting the crankcases.

There is an o-ring sealing this disc that does not seem to show on Honda parts books. I am sure an o-ring could be found that worked. The disc pushes out from inside.

Heh, cool, I've never had the guts to push that cover out, was worried about not being able to get it back in
Guess I just need to grow a pair lol.
Given this thing's location below the transmission, "pushing out from inside" is easier said than done lol.
