I see Dynoman has replica CR750 pisons which boost the compression to 12.5:1 in a standard 750 chamber. Since the bore sizes on all the 750's are the same but the combustion chamber is larger in the F2, what kind of ratios are we looking at? Would there still be a performance gain? I don't have figure to find out but if it were me, I'm not looking for track performance but a little more "umph" would be nice.
Comparing the big bore kit for the F2 to the CR kit are probably equal in price. Figure the b.b. kit costs $500 plus about another $200 - $300 for a bore job. The CR costs $800, yet no boring is needed.
In addition to a performance cam, I think it would be pretty nice.
