Just did a quick google search and it looks like the 24941 is for Kawasakis and Triumphs.

One might assume that since you're posting this question on the sohc4 tech forum, that you're asking about an oil filter for an sohc4 Honda, but then your forum name might confuse some folks.  What bike are you looking for an oil filter for?

75 750K5   I got the 24940 the auto parts store's book didnt go back to my bike.

The WIX 24940 is what fits my '73 CB500. .  . hope that helps some   ;D
