Looking good.  I like the fit on the seat, and that taillight looks good on there.

That second-to-last pic looks very inviting, like she's just waiting to wrap herself around you.  I can see why you've chosen this name :)

Troppo,

I've noticed similar trends.  There are many guest viewers who are not our core members and rarely leave comments.

Sorry that you're offended that you haven't received more comments.  I can sympathize and have felt similarly, but scrubbing your posts takes away the visiblity of your project from people who really do care and are our core members.

Many of whom may care, but were too drunk and half-asleep on their couch when reading your post to reply.  ;D

All the best-

Sorry, I looked, but b/c I'm kinda sour on my own stuff, I didn't say anything.  Sweet looking bike, though.  It looked solid.

Sorry I can't comment on the bike...I didn't log in at all over the weekend. I was too busy going for a ride or 2 and doing stuff around the house then it was Mother's day...

I will say that I am a little surprised at the reaction. Although I guess in some ways it is a testament to this site. On most forums I post on 2 days might get you 1 response even when that is in the tech section and you are desperate for help!

Your response does seem a little harsh...especially when sometimes no feedback is good feedback....that was not directed to your bike AT ALL (as I stated I didn't even see it) but rather just a comment on how some of those types of threads tend to go...

I saw it, but my Mommy always said that if you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all!

Just kidding!!!!   ;D ;D ;D

I didn't even see your bike.  I was busy with my real life all weekend!  I had a birthday party for one of my kids on Saturday and a beautiful ride yesterday.

Gotta say, I don't care for your attitude.  What did you expect, a standing ovation?  If you want prompt responses, you should post your project pics during the week when we are all at work and have plenty of time to surf this site!   ;D ;D ;D

"You want the truth?   You can't handle the truth!"

Besides, what kind of comments did you think you'd get from stock aficionados, or the hell bent for racing crowd?
This thread does seem to lend credence to the concept that the cafe/customizer crowd is more interested in accolades from without than real bike performance satisfaction.

You building a bike for you?  Or, building one for yourself?

You want attention?  Set it aflame and post pictures, during and after!  Or, hang it from the rafters, running and in gear, and let is squirm about in anguish!  Place it within reach of Smurf aficionados!
Show us what it looks like after a dozer has made its mark.  Better yet, what it looks like during the encounter!

Or, ask us what you think it is worth!

Never ask a question if you aren't prepared for the answer.

Mom said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all."

And STILL, your feelings are hurt.   Jeesh!

Why don't you just delete the entire thread?  Comment bait?  :)
