Topic: Any suggestions for neutral switch trouble?

Hello all,

I am helping a buddy with his 1979 cb650 and I need some advice from the big dogs 

When the bike is placed in neutral, the green neutral light still does not come on.  Because the neutral light is not on, the bike will not start at all.  I am having him check all of the fuses again but I suspect that it might be a problem with the neutral switch under the engine sidecover.  The bike was running fine last year when it was put away.

Any input is very much appreciated!
