Hi, everyone,
Greetings from Grove City, PA--north of Pitt, halfway to Erie. Judging from what I've seen on the introductions board, we could have a rally somewhere near me!
The board looks GREAT. I used it during a CL350 rebuild and it was so incredibly, incredibly helpful. I'm glad to be an official member this time around.
The new bike as a 1970 CB175. (A twin, I know!) I bought it as a commuter, and plan to spruce it up a bit. It's had a hard life.
I'm also restoring--heavily--a 1963 CB77. The CB175 is easy by comparison. Or so I thought...
I have a voltage regulator issue I've not experienced, and have not seen yet addressed on the board. (Apologies if it has.) I think it's the voltage regulator. I've seen it called a CDI box, and merely a relay also. It may be known by all of those names, but it's new territory for me. I'm interested to learn, but admit this is a new facet for me. My Honda manual does not picture it. I'll be posting a pic with my post. Help appreciated!
