'71 speedo and tach restoration...anyone have any tips?

I'm about to start restoring the gauges for my '71 750FourK1, before I do I was wondering if anyone here has any tips or guidance.
Will some tell me where the gosh darn kill switch is!!!

There is some real nice tips on this in the archives.  I had good luck when I did mine and those archives have great info.  Good luck with yours.  Not that bad of a job either.

There is some real nice tips on this in the archives.  I had good luck when I did mine and those archives have great info.  Good luck with yours.  Not that bad of a job either.

definately, do  search and you`ll find everything you need to know about the job.
Makes it real easy when you have the info in front of you.
