Hi all,

Yesterday after a ride, I have noticed that all  turn signal stopped blinking and the buzzer gives a continuous tone when the switch is engaged either left or right.

Any quick remedy or just the old "follow the wires" route?

TNX all.

TNX Klark,
Is this unit a universal car unit or a special HONDA motorcycle unit?

Hi all,

I am a bit puzzled.  According the wiring diagram,  the flasher unit has 3 prongs.

I have checked my unit and it has only 2 prongs.

Checked all the bulbs,  seems that all filaments are well.
The rear left socket had some corrosion,  cleaned it but still got the continuous buzz without blinking.

The flasher gets 12V while the switch is turned on to either L or R.

Does it narrows it to the flasher unit?  And 2 or 3 prongs?

Tnx all

the third terminal is unneccessary.  if they are labeled P, L and X- P is for pilot and can be left alone.

A new flasher is only around $5 (sometimes less).

Stock flasher units are thermal flashers whereas newer ones (for around $5) are electronic so no need for it to warm up or depend on the RPMs of the bike! Easy!
