Squirley,
When you were installing the bearings in the Narrow glide hub did you make the spacers for the inside since hub is mashined deeper than the gsxr bearings?

Raymond, I only used one spacer for the front end. The gsxr bearings I think were somewhere around 5mm narrower than that of the harley. I just pushed the bearings all the way in to the hub and used the left over 5mm lip to press in my dust shields from a gsxr. The only spacer that I needed was one that was 25mm I.D. and usded it on the non-nut side of the axle so the axle didn't sit too far inside the fork clamp. Hope this makes sense and helps you out.

I'm trying guys... Long story short, but I made a move, and my stuff currently resides in storage until I get the garage ready... (in piecies to prevent damage)
I have a few pictures laying around on a thumb drive if I can find it, but they don't show it totally complete...
I will post them anyways very soon.

On a side note, if there is anyone up in the SLO area, let me know as I am new to the area.

do you have a write up on the front end? i just got a cb500 and looking to go with an inverted front setup and a 21" wire wheel....kinda need some assistance though

there's a small amount of explanation in the first few pages.
what wheel to use... a little on what needs to be done....
it's not that difficult of a swap if you have access to a lathe and a drill press.

the steering bearings are the same size on both builds.

I guess late is better than never. Still don't have it all back together after the move, but here is a sample.
The striping on tank and seat is copper colored, and matches the upper fork, just looks almost yellow in direct sunlight in the pics for some reason
