New CB400F owner in Indiana

I finally got my hands on one.  :)  After lurking here and scouring classifieds, I found one near Atlanta, GA that I bought on Friday for $650.  It's been 'modified' slightly by a previous owner and I'm planning on removing those touches.

It had a king/queen seat on it but luckily the guy also had a stock seat that was included along with a cover for it which hadn't been put on yet.  The king/queen seat had to come off to fit it in the van so I put the stocker back on after I got it home.  The PO seemed to have been after a chopper look and put extended front forks on it.  I'm hoping they won't be too much trouble to change back.  The bars should be pretty simple once I find a stock replacement.  I didn't look it over all that closely when I picked it up but I didn't miss anything that I'm kicking myself over.  I've noticed since unloading it that the headlight has been changed and the rats nest of wiring usually hidden inside is dangling below the triple trees.  The rear wheel looks like a 16" but I'm assuming the hub and drum are the stock unit.

It fit pretty nicely in the back of the van.  I was uncertain how well the loading process would go but it was pretty smooth.  I assumed I'd have to get the bars and gauges out of the way so I took care of those things first.  That turned out to be all that was needed and it slipped in the back hatch with a few fractions of an inch to spare.

I didn't have any serious problems on the drive back but if I had it to do again, I'd get a truck or a trailer. :)
