I've come across this article in Street Chopper/ Hot Bike magazine Feb '84.

The bike ran 9.84 @ 129mph. 1213cc stroked 1972 cb 750. 15:1 compression.

A Monster motor!

Looks like fun though.

Is that a big spacer under the cylinder jugs? I guess that might be how they got that huge displacement.

It is a stroker plate..

Depending on your rod/piston combo, you often need a stroker plate to get a stroker crank in.
