Whole top end gasket set for $50.00

I see a set of top end gaskets at Z1 enterprises for ~$50.
Anyone know what a dealer charges for just the head gasket?

12251-374-306 head gasket is 49.16 from ServiceHonda

Cometic fibre head gasket was around $45.00 a couple years back
