400F - broken cam chain tensioner bolt :(

A little bummed right now. Put a "new" motor in with what I thought to be 12K on the motor, not perfect, but it was in much better shape than my other one coming out of the bike today. Got it running enough to ride it today and damn it felt good, but the cam chain was a tickin' away, pretty loud, at least that's what i think it is. I'll post audio if need be. Anyways, I figured since it was nice out, I would go adjust the cam chain and find out if I have other problems. Pull it out, grab the two wrenches, start 'er up, look down and there is no bolt!!! So I get really down there and I can see where it's been sheared off. No idea how, but I can see where it's been broken off.

So now, the big question. How screwed am I? Is this something I can still order or grab from my other motor. Is this a simple removal with the right tools? Kind of bummin' since I finally thought I had everything worked out and would be saving money on these ridiculous gas prices, lol.

If you have an oil leak there its a good thing, means it will come out easy (if its release oil it may be a problem)
You will probably have to remove engine but it may be possible to drill center and use taper removal tool (I don't like 'easy out' had to remove too many broken ones)
If that fails, its pretty much an engine strip and split cases to fix it
