All it is is a diode between the neutral switch and the clutch lever switch. You may be able to open it up and see this, but basically you need about a 10A 200PIV diode connected with the stripe towards the clutch switch wire. That lets power flow from the starter solenoid (coming from the battery through the start button) through the diode (electrons flow only one way through a diode, from the stipe end towards the opposite end) and through the neutral switch to ground. The clutch switch bypasses the diode and neutral switch directly to ground when the clutch is disengaged, it's only there so you can stsrt the bike in gear with the lever pulled in. You could just connect the clutch and neutral switch wires at the safety box... but your neutral light will come on whenever the clutch is pulled in.
