Fun with Foam = Badass car
« on: June 02, 2008, 05:09:56 AM »
Ok, would you do this to your car?

No?

How about this?

Wait, there's more... He does it on the outside too!

Now for the cutting and shaping.

Final product after Bondo and paint!

Here's the link --> http://www.autoblog.com/2008/05/30/lithuanian-builds-car-from-polyurethane-foam/

The car seems to have an overbite issue which may require corrective dentistry.  Regardless, I'm foamalisciously inspired.

I don't see the fur. ???

Looking at the picture taken directly from the front (before paint) the grill does look a little off to the left, but there's no finished pic from straight on.

The rear view is a bit to stylized IMO, side view(minus the freiking huge wheels) is good, the buck tooth front end?
I hate what he did to the front end.

But what he did with what he used. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
He should work for a car manufacturer.
Just don't let him near the interior of the front end.
Or the wheels....

I think it's a combination of both.  Those are 30" rims, and judging by the picture of him standing next to them with boots on, he's probably not much over 5 feet.
