Very pretty but being a traditionalist I like the one in your avatar picture too. ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

The decals are from xtremedecals.com

Here is the link: http://www.xtreemedecals.com/default.tpl?cart=121257583830721653&id1=170&id2=181&startat=1&--woSECTIONSdatarq=181&--SECTIONSword=ww1

No i didn't clear-coat over them.  I wasn't 100% committed that I would like them, and clear-coating them would have made it permanent.

I will post some more detailed pics as I sort out the little things.  THanks for the great words.  I couldn't have done it with out this forum though.

Wow, that tank looks beautiful. Nicely looking machine you got there. What did the bike look like when you started? :)

The bike was the brown one as my avatar.  It was beat up and rusty.  The only decent thing was the exhaust.  I stripped it to the frame and had it powder coated.  Cleaned every nut and bolt to like new, had the tank and all its dents smoothed out; and the list goes on.  I also roughly polished the engine cases.  Only thing i didn't do was to repaint the engine; I like the look of the aged engine; adds character.

Nice bike! I've been thinking about replacing my rear shocks with progressives like yours. How do you like them? They claim that they may alter steering a bit, have you noticed any difference (if those are the 13" ones)?

I like the shocks, no noticable difference in the steering.  Much better than the 30+ year old ones that were on there.

It's not the original brake res.  The original was shot and leaked even after being rebuilt. I ended up ordering a Nissin replacement and it fit right up.  It also has much better feel and performance. ( could also be the SS brake lines )
