Are these stock carbs?

So I was hoping to find out if these were stock carbs for a 71-72 CB500. I bought the bike about 15 years ago and IIRC it never really ran right/smooth. I think the PO told me they were carbs from a 750 or something (as if that would be a good thing) Which at the time I would have had no idea about carb sizing...

After sitting for about 13 years the tank now smells like it is full of paint thinner, so im sure there are some surprises inside the carbs as well. Thequestion is can I just buy a rebuild kit for stock carbs or ar ethese things something else?

They look like the stock carbs.  Look for a stamping on the carb body mount flange top right.  If it says 627a or b, they are what came with the bike from Honda.
