this may sound wierd, but here goes.
i dont know if i should post this question here but it seems like you all would know. i'm trying to find a head gasket for my '74 cb200t. yes, its a twin, and apparently a very unpopular one. i've been looking for months for anyone with a top end kit and no luck.
i may be totally off base, but looking at gaskets for 400fs, i got the idea to buy a four cylinder gasket and trim off the extra cylinders. it looks like the head bolts line up, as well as the cylinders and chain slot.
it looks like 400fs have a bore of 54mm, while my bike has a bore of 55.5mm. anybody know of any fours that have a 55.5mm bore size? or whether i'm crazy for trying this?
