Let me just apologize for this question now...

My 71 CB750 had no stock signals on it when I bought it, so I looked at the diagrams online, and then pulled some from a cycle salvage place here in Stumptown. Both the diagrams and the lights themselves have one wire coming from the housing with one terminal at the end. If electricity requires a loop from + to - then how do these lights work?

The title of this post should have given you a heads up... ::) and yes, my Clymer is on the way.  ;D

The loop is completed through the metal of the turn signal and the frame of the bike to the negative of the battery.

If you find they don't work, add a wire from any of the green earth wires inside the headlight bucket to where the indic bolt on.....have fun. ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
