I drive my 360 to work every day that's under 105 (which hasn't been this week at all.)   ???
Come on dude, I used to ride my bike all the time in Phoenix. You want air conditioning? Strap a bag of ice to your handlebars and poke some holes in it..Cool eh? ;D

Me and the Hondamatic go to work 5 days a week, unless it's snowing/freezing, or I really really need to drive the truck somewhere imeditely after work to haul something.  But I'll go home and get the truck in most cases.

I used to ride to work all the time on my CB750 but this summer now that I have a '66 Galaxie convertible I drive that a lot instead of the bike. It's only about 2.5 miles round trip though, so fuel savings aren't a big concern. I do get out and ride often for fun. I go to classic car cruise night most Thursdays and every Friday. I usually change it up between taking either of my Galaxies or the CB750. There are always some other bikes there but they're all posers with their new bikes, so the old CB is an attention getter.

I commute every single day on my little '73 CB350F.  It makes going to work a million times less painful.  Well.... I have to wake up and deal with misery  :(, but I get to ride there  ;D Sometimes 10 miles each way (to work 5x a week) and 25 miles each way (to school 2x a week)  No windshield, fairing, etc.  People think I'm nuts taking my little girl out in all weather conditions.  (for me and the bike)  Who else is "crazy" like me.

Me.

I wish I could ride everywhere.  I just haven't figured out a good way to do it because I have to wear my yuppie uniform to work.  I've thought about changing at the office, but that would be cumbersome.  I do ride Thursdays and Fridays, so at least I have that.

There's hope: I'm working on a lightweight "riding suit" that is essentially a jumpsuit, like coveralls, that will protect your clothes while riding. It will be exceedingly easy and fast to get in/out, and stop the dirt, splashes, fumes, etc., from getting on your uniform. I have the same problem, since I took this "professional" job in an office where some people even wear suits. I'm supposed to wear my Sunday Best to work, which is easily gunged up by many things when riding in rain, A/C drippings, etc.

I just started commuting on my 76 CB550K about two months ago. It's a 28 mile round trip in beautiful east Tennessee.  Bike is all stock except for pods and 115 mains and is averaging 44 MPG. I now spend about 3 dollars a day rather than 10 dollars a day in my pickup truck and enjoy the trip a lot more.

I ride my '81 CB 650 every day if it's not raining when I leave. Not hard core enough to ride below 40 degrees tho.
8 miles one way
