Hello all,

I just acquired a 74 CB750 and have really enjoyed discovering all the information available on this forum.  This bike is going to need a lot of work and I know I will have many questions.

I haven't had a bike in quite a few years.  My last bike was a CL350, it was a blast.  I'm sure this one will be just as much fun, assuming I can get it back in good shape.

One of the first things I have to do is get it lowered.  The original owner was about 6' 4" and raised it a bit.  I'm only 5' 9" and need it back to stock level.

G`day david, welcome to the madness that is ownership of a SOHC4.
Before you lower it check the shocks, the PO (previous owner) may have raised the pre-load enough to raise the bike so he was comfortable on it.
