There they are.

Frame was blasted.

The cylinder in the picture is the one with the completely messed up rings.

New seat and tank, still finishing the Bondo on it.

Nice details, keep up the good work.
Where did you get that seat if you don't mind me asking??  I like the shape.

Cheers

B

I actually bought it off a fellow member here. It's a nice seat for sure, the fiberglass is very thick and nice.

It can be had there new.

Since my bike is a 1978, I need to modify it a little bit.

Over the next few weeks we're actually upgrading the garage for winter. Laying down some garage epoxy paint on the floor and installing some additional lighting because the two little bulbs are pretty terrible.

Here's some pictures of the inside of the tank. Does it look like there is some sort of liner in there? It's red. Possibly redkote? If I reach around the inside I get rust on my fingers. If it is an existing liner, I'm going to get the por-15 kit with the remover.

Here's a picture of my tank and tail on yak's bike.

Looking great Sheik; can't tell if that is redkote or not, but the por kit should work. I've used the "works" treatment on redkoted tanks and it removed it all if you get desperate!
