checking the plugs are tight:
My long plug wrench on a floppy joint. Socket ground down so it doesn't hang up in the hole.
Wrap black tape around the U joint so it will still flex, but not so much its out of control. Push a foam into the socket to grab the plug head.
Just like this view. Dbl motor mount from voxonda, stainless hoses from CycleCity, heat treated kick shaft, chromed end to brake pedal shaft, etc:
I've been trying to get the right combination of angle, tongue weight, etc, to get the trailer to pull smoothly. It was pretty good, but there was a little pitter patter in the steering wheel, at cruising speeds. At first I had a 2" drop, then a 4" drop, now I got a 6" drop, which was a little harder to find. It has some extra gusseting to handle the leverage of the drop. But that brought the trailer into level, a teeny slant forward when loaded. And it was smooth sailing.
Left side shot showing the muffler bracket. Showing the extension to the sidestand and the resultant position of the centerstand pedal. They look a bit like footpegs. Will probably cut the sidestand peg back a bit when we're sure it works.
From the rear:
From the right. The hanger on this side has an extension to stop the centerstand:
