« on: June 23, 2008, 08:04:26 AM »
Anybody have a vector file of the tank graphics for a '72 CB750 ?
I know it's a long shot, but I know that there are some guys out there with sign shops....
Thanks

Well I dunno what a vector file is......

However I have a set of stripes from AFE.

Been planning on painting another tank in the near future......anyways....

Would scanning them as a big GIF or IMG file help?

They would probably fit on my scanner and I could do 2 images for each stripe....

Hate to give away all my secrets, but...

Here's a site with a TON of vector logos:

http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/search/55178374/

That should be the search results for all Honda logos they have.  It may take a while to search through them, but if they have it, it'll be worth it.

If nothing else, maybe you can re-create it using elements from a few different files...

Good luck!

Thanks guys, I just took an image off ebay and traced it in my sign cutting software - I was beign lazy - hoping someone had already done it.
I'll test fit tonight, and if they look ok, I'll post the link so anyone that needs a file they could take to a sign shop can have them.

Fire cracker, not sure what you meant. There aren't any CB decals on that site except for CBR's from the late 80's. I hope I'm wrong and you can show me  :)

Nah, sorry for the confusion.  It's just a great site for finding logos in vector format.

I just supplied the link for the "Honda" search results.  Didn't look through the list to sort out what was there...    :-\

Glad you got it worked out.
