76 550F. This is a shot from inside where the airbox would be. I do know that my Break Light doesn't work, so is this part of that problem?

I can confirm that. That looks like that connector that fits on the blinker relais, I thnik it normally goes trough the hole you see behind the green wire . It's loose on my 550 too as I use a modern blinker relais with two wires and a direct ground.
Are your blinkers blinking? If so I wouldn't worry about it...
