is this the tappet adjuster handle?

Hello.
This handle is not included on my tool bag. Does anyone if it is the handle for tappet adjusters (#3mm)?

Hi i think you use it as a handle for the spark plug box wrench, not sure about the other end ?,    ;) mick.

I use mine for spokes and main jets.
