Adding another Aussie to the ranks
« on: August 06, 2008, 03:42:42 AM »
Hey there,
Newbie from New South Wales here, but you might as well save time and call me Bill. I'm the ever so proud owner of a '71 CB500/4 that was prettied up by my dear old Dad some time ago. Had my hands deep in the midst of it all on the rare occasion it required, glad to say I can offer any who ask the things I've learned! I've also been seen about town on a '71 BSA Thunderbolt currently in bits for various reasons. Considering getting hold of another 500/4 or similar with the intention of post-classic racing.

Hoping to find more like minded Australians about, seeing as how there's sweet bugger all in terms of good help or products around here (New Zealand as ever being the helpful supplier by way of econohonda and British spares). Give me a yell if you're from around town, good for a yarn any way i can get one - especially if there's bikes on the agenda.

This forum's already given plenty of help, so cheers for that! See you inside i guess..
