Out in the Blue Ridge
« on: July 02, 2008, 02:55:35 PM »
New venue out in the Blue Ridge of Virginia
-Track in very poor shape.
--RR spikes sticking up--whacking into my gear.
Please note new turntable setup which in spite of being larger
and heavier than my old turntable--works worse !

What does the turtable do? Im guessing you pedal at 33 1/3 listening to "Dead mans Curve".Or is it a generator to power your the therimin? I give up. Your toys are too cool.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

Yes, I slide the 5/8 inch shaft down another foot or so and then I can lift up
the bike and walk around (rotating on the turntable--45 rpm please!)
so I'm headed the other direction.
Theremin runs converted 12 volt dc so my 48
volt pack for the hub motor would have to be stepped down.
But it's a thought !
